  First of all i would like to state that i am a man of 68 years old who is suffering from Glaucoma & walk with a stick, my eye sight is very poor due to old age and GLAUCOMA. This man turned up and to took my boiler apart then told me it had no power to it. then altered the wiring on the board and told me i would need a lectrician to put it back together and he would send one from his firm to look at it at £75 per hour!!!!. . After he had left I went back to the boiler and turned in on, THERE WAS POWER THERE !!! and got the hot water working !!!. BUT NO HEATING, THIS MAN KEEPS BUILDING YOU BILL UP AND DOES NO WORK. HE COULD COST YOU A LOT OF MONEY KEEP CLEAR OF HIM !!!!!! . I HAVE REPORTED IT. HIS WIFE HAS NOW PHONED MY ASKING FOR £70 TO BE PAID TO THEM . I had to borrow the money from my next door to pay them. i only have my old age pension coming in to live off.Now i am waiting for TRADING STANDERS.

  Polite, helpful, efficient and reliable. Turned up when they said they would, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part, phone dme with a quote including labour and then returned to fix the problem exactly when they said they would. They even called the mobile gas heater a "flueless fire" which is a much nicer phrase !!
